Resting Royals is a gentle support app for people living with ME/CFS, fatigue, low energy and invisible illness. The app is designed to help users save supportive notes, check-ins, pacing reflections, appointment preparation, crash/flare support notes and personal support preferences.

Resting Royals may allow you to save information about symptoms, energy, pacing, crashes, appointments and support needs. This information is only for your own personal reflection and support. Resting Royals does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal data for advertising. We do not share your saved app entries with other users.
We aim to keep user information protected and only accessible to the signed-in user it belongs to. Users should not share private login details with anyone else.
We retain your account information and any information you choose to save in Resting Royals for as long as your account remains active, so that your saved information remains available to you when you use the app.
If you request deletion of your account, your account and associated saved app data will be deleted in accordance with our account deletion process.
We may retain limited information for longer only where this is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes. Any information retained for these purposes will only be kept for as long as necessary for that purpose.
